The summer has kicked off in full gear at Thornbury Village! With our busy patio, events onsite and offsite, as well as new beer & cider releases, it’s never a dull moment!
To stay in touch with the current events at Thornbury Village, we have created a beer and cider club nicknamed “Thornbury Village Hops & Apple Club”! What will this club membership include?
Your Hops & Apple Club membership gives you access to new Thornbury specialities (products) before the public, invites to exclusive events & MORE!
What if I’m only interested in learning about only beer releases or only cider releases?
Members have the choice of either 1) BEER ONLY 2) CIDER ONLY 3) BEER & CIDER
What is the cost of club membership?
- Bi-monthly subscription: $40 + tax
- Bi-annual subscription: $120 + tax
- Annual subscription: $230 + tax

At Thornbury we currently have nine craft beers & nine craft ciders on the go. We’re always working towards the next best punch of flavour along with premium, quality ingredients to not only satisfy our customers, but to excite them! With the Hops & Apple Club you will be among the first people to hear about our new releases as well as try them! Cheers to that.
Our most recent release at Thornbury is our Sibling Rivalry Saison beer.
Sibling Rivalry saison beer was first bottled June 25. Being a Saison style beer, it has its own unique personality. Sibling Rivalry is based on the recipe of our award winning
Pickup No.26 Pilsner, but differentiates itself by using Hallertauer hops and Saison yeast. We like to think of Sibling Rivalry as Pickup No.26’s younger brother.
It’s a moderately hoppy beer with slightly fruity, spicy, floral and herbal aromas derived from the yeast leading to a light bitterness and a zesty finish. We hope you’re able to enjoy a few on the patio this summer!
